Detailed Description

Struct for configuring the Clock Frequency Measure window.

This struct contains the register values that determines the CFM window. The members windowHigh and windowLow determines the upper and lower tolerances of the measurement. The refCount member determines how many reference clock cycles to count before the number of recorded source clock cycles is compared against the defined windowLow and windowHigh values. All members are unsigned 16-bit values.
